Shipping within Australia
a) We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, otherwise its $16.30 for standard shipping and $20.30 for express shipping within Australia.
b) Standard delivery times are approximately 4-8 business days from the order being placed. Express delivery time are 2 - 4 business days.
a) Delivery delays during business periods, promotional periods and/or due to Covid 19 may occur and are outside of the control of APPRVD. We thank you for your patience.
c) APPRVD reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates and carriers at any time without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates at any given time.
d) Please read the 'Postage / Delivery Times' above before contacting us about your order. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery times, please contact us on customer@apprvdofficial.com

Shipping Internationally
APPRVD to the world…
For orders over $150, APPRVD offers free express shipping to most countries using DHL Express. Orders under this amount will incur a flat rate of $20. This includes both trackable and non-trackable shipping services, depending on your location.
This covers transportation charges only.
Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 2 - 8 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery beyond our control.
We do our best to ensure a quick delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be incurred via customs and duties offices in other countries.
Please be aware that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.
Customs / Import Duties
a) Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes.
b) All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
c) APPRVD is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
d) For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Changes to Your order
a) Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
b) Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
APPRVD ART – DELIVERY terms and conditions
a) APPRVD Art is shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection are completed.
b) We ship APPRVD Art within Australia to physical address locations only; please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
c) Paintings and prints are shipped from Melbourne, Australia using trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post, Allied Express, TNT Couriers etc
d) When we book transport, your artwork is fully insured against loss or damage. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.
e) APPRVD Art must be signed for upon delivery of goods.
f) For ready-to-hang art, our estimated delivery is approximately 1-2 working weeks from receipt of payment.
g) For made to order art, please allow three working weeks for the painting and drying process. Please then add delivery time to this timeline
h) Our larger art pieces items are shipped with specialised freight services for save arrival. Please allow additional delivery days for this as the courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery
