APPRVD Apparel - Returns
Full Price Returns
Should you change your mind for any reason we will refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
a) The items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order
b) The items are accompanied with original receipt
c) Items must be in original condition as purchased with no personalisation
d) All original labels/swing tags are attached
e) Garments must not have been worn, washed or altered
Exchanges are only permitted on size variants of the same style. Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment excluding shipping. For items purchased as multi-buy or discounted bundle (eg. 2 items for $200) the discount value will applied to each item on a pro-rata value basis. For items received as a bonus or complimentary item, they must also be returned with the respective qualifying item or items in order for a full refund to be applied or instead discretionary discount may be applied.
Sale Returns
Please be aware that any items purchased as part of a Sale, Flash Sale, Clearance and Warehouse Sale promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Faulty Items
We pride ourselves on our quality construction, materials and premium fabrications. In the instance your garment is faulty, we replace or refund items, subject to availability. Faulty items can only be returned to APPRVD, PO Box 210, Moorabbin Vic 3189. Return label fees and exchange shipping fees dot not apply for faulty goods. How do I return my items
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on full price returned goods, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply. To ensure we can process your return, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Items are returned in original condition as per below:
a) The items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Step 2: Complete the returns/exchange form
a) We have included a returns/exchange form with your purchase. Please complete the form and include in your returned items package.
Step 3:
a) We recommend using registered post so that your parcel is not lost in transit. Post your items to:

Please allow up to 14 calendar days once the item is received to process the refund. A notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction. For any other questions, please contact customer@apprvdofficial.com
APPRVD ART – RETURNS
a) All APPRVD ART is subject to copyright which is held by Tutu Ralogaivau, All Rights are Reserved.
b) APPRVD Art is shipped after painting, framing, and quality inspection are completed.
c) Tutu Ralogaivau Custom Commission Edition, Inspiration Edition, XXL Paintings Edition XL Paintings Edition, Large Paintings Edition, Medium Paintings, Small Paintings Edition and Small Prints Edition 2020 Series is mostly custom made and one-off pieces.
d) All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on APPRVD ART.
